Expedition travel requires not only an adventurous spirit but also reliable equipment that won't fail even in the most challenging conditions. Given the needs, not only in bad weather, the decision was made to acquire a new special expedition vehicle. The main goal was to create a vehicle capable of handling various climatic conditions, demanding terrain, and at the same time providing maximum comfort on long journeys.
Because our requirements were truly specific, we opted for a custom conversion. Mass-produced vehicles often cannot meet all the needs of an expedition traveler, so careful planning and subsequent implementation of modifications were necessary. The main criteria were reliability, durability, and the ability to handle even the toughest conditions encountered on the road. Through careful planning and collaboration with experts in expedition vehicles, we achieved a result that meets our expectations down to the last detail.
After the first year of testing, we can confidently say that the vehicle is fully functional and meets all our requirements. The tests took place not only in domestic conditions but also in extreme locations, where its durability, driving characteristics, and ability to handle long distances without faults were proven. The results confirmed that the custom conversion was the right choice.
The basic requirements for the expedition vehicle were clear. At the forefront was a quality chassis and reliable engine, ensuring the ability to overcome even the most demanding terrain. All-wheel drive is a must, as expedition routes often lead off paved roads and require maximum traction. The vehicle's interior is designed to provide enough space for comfortable travel and sleeping for four people. A shower and kitchen are included to allow for quick service and comfort even in remote areas.
An equally important aspect is energy self-sufficiency. The vehicle is equipped with alternative energy sources that enable long-term stays away from civilization without the need for frequent refueling or connection to external sources.
The special expedition vehicle has become an indispensable companion on our journeys. Its design and equipment give us the confidence to handle any conditions, whether the journey takes us to mountains, deserts, or dense forests. With this vehicle, we always feel safe, comfortable, and completely independent.
We believe that our choice for a custom conversion was the right step. Now there's only one thing left – to set out on another great adventure and fully utilize all the possibilities our expedition vehicle offers.

The expedition vehicle is equipped with high-quality components to ensure reliability and comfort in all conditions. The interior includes a foldable double seat with ISOFIX for safe travel, custom-made mattresses, and an adjustable slatted bed base for maximum comfort during rest. For storage, there are textile hanging cabinets, optimized compartments, and additional storage solutions throughout the vehicle to maximize space. The kitchen setup features a combined sink with a two-burner gas stove and a built-in compressor refrigerator, providing all the essentials for cooking and food storage on the road.
To enhance the travel experience, the windows are equipped with sliding mechanisms, thermal blinds, pleated Remis curtains, and mosquito nets on all windows for optimal insulation, ventilation, and protection against insects. The electrical system is powered by a solar panel and a lithium traction battery with an integrated BMS. The Victron Energy MultiPlus system provides smooth power conversion, charging, and switching, while efficient LED lighting illuminates the space with minimal energy consumption. Additionally, the vehicle is equipped with a frequency converter and a roof-mounted ventilator for improved air circulation.
Water management is handled by a 100-liter fresh water tank for drinking water, a 43-liter waste tank, a membrane pump, and an expansion tank, ensuring a steady supply of water for the built-in outdoor shower. For heating and hot water, the vehicle uses a Truma Combi D4 diesel heater with an iNet X panel, which guarantees warmth and comfort even in extreme weather conditions.
The vehicle also features an SCA pop-up roof with a built-in mattress, significantly expanding the sleeping area. For outdoor living, there is a Fiamma F45 Black awning, as well as a spare wheel holder and rear door rack for additional storage. Enhanced visibility and safety are provided by Strands Siberia working lights positioned to illuminate all sides of the vehicle.
The chassis is reinforced with additional air suspension, providing better stability and comfort during off-road travel, making this expedition vehicle ready to handle any terrain and environment.
To ensure maximum safety and performance in challenging terrain, the expedition vehicle is equipped with essential off-road accessories. This includes an 8mm aluminum skid plate for underbody and engine protection, as well as a front protection bar to guard against impacts. For better visibility in harsh conditions, additional long-range driving lights and yellow fog lights for off-road and foggy environments are installed. Directional lights are also reinforced with protective covers.
The vehicle is further enhanced with a raised air intake snorkel, which allows safe water crossings and protects the engine from dust and debris. Fender guards and extended wheel arches provide extra body protection, while larger all-terrain tires ensure better traction and ground clearance. A rear carrier and a transport box for a power generator increase storage capacity, complemented by an exterior-mounted jerry can for additional fuel reserves.
Finally, the dual-circuit control for the air suspension allows for precise adjustments based on the terrain, significantly improving ride stability and comfort in off-road conditions.
